Projects

Our Projects

Odyssey Foundation Uganda develops practical initiatives that respond to the needs of vulnerable children, youth, families, and underserved communities. Our projects focus on dignity, education, wellbeing, skills development, and sustainable community support.

Reusable Sanitary Pads Project

The Reusable Sanitary Pads Project promotes menstrual health, dignity, and school participation among girls and young women.

Through practical training and awareness activities, participants learn how to produce affordable reusable sanitary pads while gaining knowledge about menstrual hygiene and self-care.

Project Purpose

The project aims to reduce menstrual stigma, improve access to safe menstrual products, and support girls to remain confident and active in school and community life.

It also equips participants with practical skills that can support personal independence and future livelihood opportunities.
